experiences

at Kuala Nerang Kedah.

we adik beradiks being nerd by spending most of our time playing scrabble. the internet connection was very slow over there, which left us with some traditional games to play. it was super fun to play it in malay version! oh, did I mention that it was super hard too? ;D

besides, we also had our little project done. it started from mama and ayah's green garden at the back of the house. the picture below was not root. itu ubi kayu yang sangat besar saiznya. :)

the raw tapioca fresh from the garden and the washed ones. this type is not suitable for boiling, like we used to eat with coconut so we choose to make something else with them.

after going through the process, this was our end product. kerepek ubi kayu perisa original keluaran zaharah and family. just enough for the family, which was obviously not for sale. we also had our own kerepek pisang. and for this, we used pisang nangka.

one more thing I learnt here, how do rebung looks like before we cut them into pieces. eh, what's rebung in English? by the way, mama was so kind to give me the honour to play with the rebung. :D
