saya tak pernah suka ubat. too often I refuse to take any medicine whenever I fall sick. be it in liquid form or pills, none of them are my favourite. alternatively, the isotonic drink 100plus always becomes my saviour. so whenever the immune system requires extra help to fight the bad ones in my body, I don't go and search for doctors, instead I will head straight away to the nearest store to get a large bottle of 100plus.
the body temperature is heating up and I've been sneezing all day. it becomes worse when you have to think about the abundant of work waiting to be entertained.
have no choice but to recover soon.
