english test

few little tiny thoughts greeted us with smiles as soon we stepped into the classroom which somehow helped to wash away my nervousness that evening. the thousand butterflies flying all direction in my stomach, all gone in seconds by looking at those innocent smiles. it was not my first time being in school, yet it was the first that we brought the 'teachers' label into a classroom. pretty terrifying you know.

the school is big, and the kids were cute but very much smaller than how I pictured in mind. they were even cuter when they greeted us with a certain tone, yes like singing the 'good afternoon teacher' i-am-sure-you-know-how to us. comel.

okay, being a teacher isn't easy. most of the time things will not happen the way we plan. students do not understand when you talk in english in the class, most of them prefer to keep quiet and do not respond to your questions, and there are even situations that students do other things from what you ask them to do. then you started to feel worry of every action you do in your teaching. as for today's lesson, the way of responding to students' questions is still a demanding task for a beginner teacher like me.

by the way, we were there to administer the english test paper for an assignment purpose. it was far far away in sk taman tasik puteri 2, rawang, about 40 minutes from here.

important note; you have to practice shouting out loud if you're going to teach in school. and always always ready for unexpected things to happen in the classroom. please take note dear teachers!
